Future Skills Discovery Day brings learners together for a hands-on look at the skills that can help them navigate school, work and life beyond the classroom. It is a chance to ask questions, try something new and discover interests they may not have explored before.
Throughout the day, learners will take part in activities built around digital skills, creativity, problem-solving, communication and entrepreneurship. They will work in small groups, explore ideas, complete practical challenges and get a feel for how different skills connect to real-world opportunities.
The day is designed to be interactive and enjoyable. Learners can work with other students, meet educators and facilitators, share their ideas and learn from one another. Parents will also have an opportunity to understand how practical skills can complement academic learning as their children grow.
