Bernard Mwangi.

Director of Education

Bernard leads academic strategy and teaching quality across every Tutor Republic programme. He brings over a decade of higher education experience from Zetech University, where he managed university-wide examination systems, quality assurance auditing, and student mentorship frameworks as Senior Assistant Registrar and later Career Services and Mentorship Manager.

He holds a Master’s in Educational Administration from Kenyatta University, is a TSC-registered teacher, and is certified as an ISO 9001 Quality Management System Auditor.

His research on quality management practices in technical and vocational training has been published in the International Academic Journal of Social Sciences and Education.

Our Support Staff.

Annette handles customer support and service coordination at Tutor Republic, making sure every parent and student query gets a prompt, professional response. She brings hands-on customer service experience spanning dispatch coordination, guest relations, and front-office operations, trained in hospitality service at Kenya Utalii College with practical experience in CRM systems and payment processing.
